All items are handmade and made to order.

  • Standard orders: 7–10 business days

  • Large or multi-layer signs: 10–14 business days

2. Do you send a design proof?

Yes! A digital proof is sent within 24–48 hours of your order.
You’ll approve it before production begins.

3. Can I request a fully custom sign?

Absolutely! We specialize in one-of-a-kind laser designs.
Send us your idea, inspiration photos, or sketch.

4. What materials do you use?

We use premium materials such as:

  • Baltic birch & maple plywood

  • High-quality MDF

  • Acrylic

  • Water-based, non-toxic paints and sealants

5. Will my sign look exactly like the photos?

Because each item is handmade, natural wood grain and slight variations may occur.
Your sign will always align with the approved proof.

6. What hanging options do you offer?

Depending on the design, signs may come with:

  • Sawtooth hanger

  • Rope hanger

  • Keyhole slots

  • Or you can use Command strips

7. Do you allow returns or exchanges?

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is any issue, we will fix it. Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

8. What if my sign arrives damaged?

Please send clear photos within 48 hours, and we will replace it for free.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country.

10. How do I care for my sign?

  • Keep indoors unless you request outdoor sealing

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or moisture

  • Acrylic signs scratch easily — handle with care

11. Can I track my order?

Yes! Tracking is sent via email once the item ships.

12. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes — perfect for event planners, realtors, boutiques, and gift shops.
